As to us customers of the last years confirmed, the house separates the coastel road which approx. 20 m runs behind the house, from the sea so well that one can fully enjoy the advantage of the beach nearness and the view to e.g. Saint Tropez. One hears only the sea rushing...The house part with approx. 70 square metres of living space is equipped for 6 persons. Separate kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Sitting room and dining room with chimney and phone to the reception of conversations, TV SAT (in German) with DVD, safe. Two bedrooms with a 1.40-m-wide bed in each case as well as a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and sink, WC. Electric heating. Proportionate garden property. Parking bay on the property. Terrace with garden pieces of furniture and grill, sea view and direct access to the sea. A domestic animal allowed. A complete baby equipment is available on inquiry for infants.

Price, Terms & Payment
Electricity after counter; Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave); baby bed (on inquiry) 15 Euro / week; dog 50 Euro / week; deposit 220 Euro on the spot by the owner or his agent. Bed linen (10 Euro per person / week) and towels (7 euro per person per week) can be rented. Weekly change. Surcharge 100 Euro for one week booking (on request).

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.
Booking If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
