Over an outside stair the approx. 80 square metre flat is accessible to 4 persons in the upper floor. You have 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each case. Bath with shower, bath and sink. The WC is separate. The kitchen is equipped among other things with microwave oven and freezer compartment. Of tallness, bright sitting room with dining table and double sleep couch, exit on a balcony (north side) with pieces of furniture. Seat in the garden with garden pieces of furniture. Central heating. A baby bed exists. Parking on the grounds.

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.

If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment.
