You live here in a pleasant residential area a little outside from Le Beausset, still have from the swimming pool area a marvellous wide view. he house has approx. 95 square metres of living space. Big living-dining room with chimney and sofa corner. DSL Access, TV SAT (German transmitters), DVD player. Well equipped open kitchen with among other things freezer compartment, smoke deduction, microwave oven and dishwasher. Two bedrooms one with a 1.60 m wide and a bed with a 1.40 m wide bed and an additional single bed. Bath with shower and sink. Separate WC. Washing machine. Electric heating. Roofed terrace with garden pieces of furniture and grill. From the private swimming pool (approx. 4 m x 8 m, 0,70 m to 1,80 m deep, pool alarm and fence) from one has a wide view. Electric entrance portal, parking bay on the property. Domestic animals are not welcome. The journey way to the house is not asphalted more than approx. 1 km. The owner's couple inhabits sometimes discreetly a back situated, not observable studio in the house to look then after the pool and garden.Very steep path just before the entrance to the land

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.
Booking If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
Features of the house (furniture and equipment) was comfortable. Location and facilities were great. Tastefuly equipment, not cluttered and clean, we really liked. The house, we can only recommend. Location is perfect for people who rest off the tourist flows. Everything very good. Location 1A.
