The holiday home was built in 1971 and renovated in 1998. It has approx. 180 square metres of living space more than two floors. Before the kitchen and the living-dining room with chimney and WIFI, TV SAT (German transmitters) one has a house-wide terrace with garden pieces of furniture with wide sea view. The separate kitchen is completely equipped with among other things American fridge, range hood, freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide), one with two single beds and two with a 1.40-m-wide bed in each case. Two bathrooms: one with tub, shower, sink and WC in the secondfloor, one with shower and sink in the firstfloor. A separate WC. Central heating. Bringing along of domestic animals is not welcome. Lying completely guarded behind the house, there is an inner courtyard with garden pieces of furniture and well furnished summer kitchen as well as the private swimming pool of approx. 4 m x 10-m large, 0 m to 2,00 m deep (security: Grid). One can park on the property. On the neighbouring plot is a second house. Both houses divide the entrance finished by an electric portal. Safe.

Price, Terms & Payment
Electricity and final cleaning including (house well-swept leave); heating when required 60 Euro per week; deposit 800 Euro by the owner or his agent. Linen (double bed 13 euro, single bed 11 euro per week) and towels (5 euro per person and week) can be rented. Weekly change. Supplement for one week booking 60 euro.
