The owner has covered with greenery a " green thumb " and the slope property with a variety of Mediterranean plants. The house from the year 1970 has a living space of approx. 110 square metres. The bright living-dining room has a chimney, in an Alcoven stands a 1.40-m-wide bed (by sliding door lockable). From here a stair on the low gallery goes with an other 1.40-m-wide bed. A bedroom with a 1.40-m-wide bed. Baby bed. In the separate kitchen a microwave oven, range hood, freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine is among other things. One reaches from the living space and the kitchen the terrace with seat pieces of furniture and deck chairs. Bathroom with tub, shower and sink. A separate WC. Pets are not allowed.Central heating. Parking bay on the property. Booking only for 2 weeks.

Heating 35 Euro/week; Deposit by the owner or his agent 300 Euro, final cleaning included (house well-swept leave). Rental of bed linen (10 Euro per person per week) and towels (5 Euro per person per week). Weekly change.

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.

If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
The equipment of the kitchen with equipment very well. The mattresses were good. Very quiet. Very good functioning equipment. Beautifully located, in particular the interesting garden and the balcony with a fantastic view. Very quiet. Les Issambres is pleasant for us, well, that the supermarket also open on Sundays. Best walking and jogging.
Land was wonderful, good walk on the land to the beach (about 20 min)
