It stands in Six-Fours-Les-Plages, sandy beaches are only approx. 3 km away and the obvious wood is suitable to the bicycle go. But this is only one small choice of a likeable region which belongs, actually, still to the Provence. The holiday home was restored in 2003 and has approx. 200 square metres of living space. There is a big, high sitting room and dining room with TV SAT (German transmitters), internet connection, CD player and big window doors in the direction of terrace. The kitchen is approx. 30 square metres and completely equipped, among other things with big cooker (6 gas places), microwave, freezer compartment and dishwasher. There are three spacious bedrooms with 2 coexistence-standing single beds in each case. 2 baby beds and air-conditioning in three bedrooms. Three baths with shower and sink, of it one with together. Tub. 2 separate WCs. Washing machine. Central heating. A domestic animal can be brung along. The approx. 1,800 square metre property is fenced in, parking bays on the property. Terrace with garden pieces of furniture, deck chairs and grill.

Price, Terms & Payment
Heating (gas) 40 Euro / week; final cleaning including (House well-swept leave); deposit by the owner or his agent 400 Euro. Bedlinen (10,00 euro per bed and week) and towels (5,00 euro per person and week) can be rented. Weekly change.

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.
Booking If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
Equipment and position us have really liked. The two children's beds were very lovingly decorated. The house is great, high quality and taste. Beautiful garden. It was just as described and in the photos and video. Has impressed us with the size of the house, the rooms and the garden. The baker goes against 10 hours through the streets so that you do not run themselves to the baker.
The owners with own pieces of art have lent character and style to this well cared holiday home for 4-5 persons. A house for feeling fine by a charming garden with its different seats and the secluded position.
In a side valley near Sollies-Toucas, near the palm city of Hyères, this cultivated small house stands in quiet position. Children have all around a lot of space to the play and exploring.
