From the approx. 30 square metre terrace with garden pieces of furniture and outside grill one has a miraculous sea view. Before it is of approx. 9 m x 4-m (Depth 1,40 m to 2,20m) -private swimming pool with burglar alarm and couch pieces of furniture. The approx. 1,200 square metre property is fenced in. Space Boule and small terrace behind the house. Parking facilities on the property as well as garage for 1-2 cars. Big security standard: Safe, burglar alarm, videosupervision, electric portal.

Price, Terms & Payment
Charges included (house well-swept leave) except for one-week bookings: 100 Euro service fee. Dog 50 Euro per stay. Deposit on the spot with the owner or his agent: 750 Euro. Bed linen and towels (set = 1 bath towel, 1 towel, sheets, pillows) per person: 15 Euro (change on request) can be rented. Kitchen towels are provided. Costs payable locally.

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.
Booking If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment.
