This modern, bright holiday home with patio was built after the plans of a known Swiss architect in 1993 and stands in a residential area of Vallauris, above a former olive grove.
Thus one takes pleasure in the garden of the old olive trees, for playing children space richly exists, and one enjoys a wonderful view over the city on the sea up to Nice. Picasso made the city famous, it is a big centre of the potter and ceramics art and lies at 120-m height between Cannes and Antibes. The holiday home for 6 persons has approx. more than 220 square metres of living space with 2 floors and a gallery. There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen-living room with among other things microwave oven, freezer, range hood, dishwasher, exit on the patio. Livingroom in the upper floor with phone, radio, CD player, chimney, TV SAT (also German transmitters) and exit on the roof terrace with view to sea and mountains. There are two bedrooms with 2 coexistence-standing single beds in each room as well as a gallery (attention with small children) with two single beds. Two bathrooms: one with tub, sink and WC and one with shower, sink and WC. Baby bed. Central heating and electric heaters. Washing machine. The patio (inner courtyard) is covered around by a loggia (shade in summer). From here one also comes to a big garden with sunny and shady seats. The private swimming pool is approx. 9 m x 4.5 m (Deep to 2,00m) and is protected electronically. Garden furniture available. The approx. 1,500 square metre property is fenced in, parking bay for max. 3 cars. Electronic gate. A domestic animal can be brung along perhaps on inquiry. Linen and towels are given.

To the beach after Golfe-Juan approximately 5 km, to the merchant and supermarket about 700 meters, to the golf course about 5 km, to the tennis court about 1 km, to Cannes approximately 7 km; after Antibes about 8 km, to Nice approximately 34 km.
Price, Terms & Payment
Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave); electricity, gas and water to counter; Deposit on the spot by the owner or his agent: 500 euro. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.
Booking If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
